Please note orders placed on a Friday will not be received until the following working day (Monday)

Please note we do not ship on Sundays or bank holidays. All items will be sent the next working day following a bank holiday.
Please note when choosing next day delivery, all items ordered on a Saturday and Sunday will not be sent out until Monday.
In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you.
All orders will be delivered by a third party courier.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery at the delivery address. If a signature cannot be obtained by our chosen delivery company the goods will be returned to the depot, from which you will be responsible to collect or rearrange delivery (at your own cost).
We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.
If the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away. Alternatively, if any minor damage is noticed upon removal from the packaging we ask that you contact us immediately so we can assist to rectify the situation.

Orders in the UK can be returned free of charge, please email us for a returns postage label.
Please allow up to 7 working days for returned items to reach us and then up to 10 days for processing.
Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.
Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach most wanted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns will only be accepted if the returns tag is attached and the garments/items are in their original condition and are not showing signs of wear.
Garments with odours or marks including perfume, make up and deodorant will not be accepted as a return.
Sale items are non-returnable and and non-refundable.
Electronic Gift Cards.
Lingerie or swimwear where the hygienic strip is missing or has obviously been removed and put pack on.
Items returned after 30 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your refund is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
